If you’re somebody that really wants to get involved with training, but feels the full classes are a bit of a big jump from straight off of your sofa, then these sessions are for you.

We hear

“I’ll wait until I’m a little fitter before I start”

“I need to lose weight before I start”

“Am I too old”

I’m personally not a fan of any of these excuses, but i do see why people are hesitant if they feel that way.

So with this in mind we have added these sessions that are slower paced and more relaxed and a perfect way for you to build up the confidence to step up into the full classes.

There is absolutely no excuse not to get involved as they will be classes with other people in the same position as yourselves.

Classes will be
Tuesday and Thursday 5.15 – 6
Saturday 11.30 – 12.15
